ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Greenhouse BOX - Greenhouse TUNNEL


All the models allow replacement of polycarbonate plates eventually damaged or worn.

The material used do not need maintenance.

Assembly easiness, toughness as well as the small dimensions encourage transport and warehousing.

The assembling requires only a leveled ground.

On a ground duly leveled, join the head with the sides blocking the 4 hinges placed at the extremities (particular with the arrow); carry on with the same operation with the following intermediate junction trellis up to the greenhouse terminal.

Join the head with the intermediate trellis with the crossbar putting it inside the appropriate housing.

Insert the roof plate in its slides, and block the 4 upper hinges.

In order to open the roof, push the plate ahead taking it from the appropriate handles, raise it up 2 cm. in order to unfasten it, leave it slide back to the stop point and turn it upside down. Use the hinge placed on the intermediate trellis in order to fix the plate. (roll it 90°).

After the introduction of the door inside the monorail, block the stop bolt.

Insert the basis into the ground with the pins towards the external.

Check the balancing using a little rope, measuring the diagonals of the corners.

Carry on inserting the two heads inside the basis and then the upper crossbar.

Insert the supporting structures, carry on assembling the spacers inside the appropriate holes, and apply the roof reinforcing crossbar.

Carry on fixing the diagonals at the extremities

In order to proceed to assemble the plates, disassemble the little roof from the upper crossbar checking the position of the shims.

Insert the plates inside the slides of the supporting structures, first the lower one, then the upper one (Both with the flaps towards the external).

Before inserting the door inside the monorail, block the stopping bolt.
